Who we are

This policy covers flowflwater.com, operated by FLOWFL INC (“Flowfl,” “we,” “us”), a Georgia corporation at 133 Cecelia Circle, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Questions about this policy can go to contact@flowflwater.com.

The short version

• There are no accounts on this site, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
• The contact form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with a message you can review before sending.
• We do not sell personal information.

Information we receive

When you email us. If you send us an email, including one prepared by our contact form, we receive what you choose to include: usually your name, email address, project location and details, and any attachments such as photos, plans or water test results.

When you visit. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, for security and to keep the site running.

Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and prepare quotes
• To process, schedule and deliver orders you place with us
• To coordinate project details with people you ask us to work with, such as your plumber or builder
• To keep business records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Sharing

We share information only as needed to do the work you ask for, for example with delivery carriers or with suppliers when placing an order on your behalf, and with service providers who host our website and email. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and project records as long as they are useful for the project, warranty questions and our business records, and as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email contact@flowflwater.com and we will respond.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Email is not a fully secure channel, so please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive financial details by email.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning home and building projects. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
